The role of the Sourcing Specialist is to support the wider recruitment team by undertaking sourcing activity utilising a variety of channels to create talent pools of suitable candidates in a cost effective manner.
What you will do?
Proactively source candidates utilising different methods (. market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools;
Work with the Senior Recruitment Specialist to complete a detailed job specification.
Monitor and ensure that all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorisation, sourcing channels and processes;
Develop an understanding of how sourcing strategies are developed for each role recruited;
Undertake candidate name gathering (utilising direct and indirect including database and web-based methods);
Manage our presence on job boards ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates;
Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity;
Screen candidates CVs against position criteria;
Screen and qualify candidates where required to determine suitability and obtain required information (. availability, permission to represent) to create long and short lists &
Maintain high levels of candidate and vacancy control through workflow management systems
What you will bring to ESP?
3 years experience in the recruitment industry, sourcing experience desirable
Fluent in German and English, B2 level ( both verbal and written)
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions
Bachelor's Degree in Psycology or Human Resources
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Foundational knowledge of practices and procedures within the sourcing function
Are proficient in German and English language to B2 level.

20 days as annual leave
Hybrid model of working ( 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)
