Order Management Specialist with French

Requirements / Knowledge and Skills:

• University degree
• Experience in customer interaction
• Experience in working with multiple countries/sub-regions at a high level of complexity
• Fluency in English & French
• Medium to advanced Microsoft Office tools knowledge, SAP

General responsibilities:

• Ensures the accuracy of the processes and tasks from the Supply Chain Customer Operations department
• Acknowledging customer’s orders, processing payments and ensuring the correct quantity of items before distribution
• Monitor inventories and inspect the condition and proper labeling of items
• Use of systems to modify orders, close collaboration with other teams in the company
• Monitoring orders and informing customers/partners/distributors
• Monitoring invoicing claims and disputes
• Ensures the compliance of the processes, as per the company’s internal policies
• Delivers any other task or work-related responsibility as requested by the manager
