3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
Strong sense of ownership;
Strong Controlling/Accounting skills;
Excellent MS Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query);
Tech-savvy, eager to simplify by leveraging technology;
Strong command of English, clear communication;
Ability to quickly understand and apply company policies;
Ability to effectively navigate a highly dynamic environment.

Assisting the Dutch/Swiss Financial Controllers in the execution of key processes (budget, forecast, month-end close/year-end close activities);
Executing variance analysis of controllable cost and identifying key drivers and trends;
Collaborating with outsourced functions (Accounting, record team, contractor services) to deliver a timely and accurate month/year-end close;
Having ownership of specific processes: Position Control Numbers (PCN) management, Internal order (IO)/Purchase order (PO) management, End Customer Investment Funds (ECIF) meeting orchestration;
Supporting business partnership by providing insights into actual spending, being a single point of contact for spend-related queries;
Improving current methods used in collecting data, developing automated financial reporting and forecasting tools, and creating standard and ad-hoc reports;
Leading efforts to leverage technology to increase productivity (report optimization) and ensuring accurate conclusions;
Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes;
Driving corrective measures and supporting questions regarding documentation, policy adherence, and requirements.
