What we are searching for?
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for both white and blue-collar positions (preferably in multinational companies);
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Strong knowledge of HR Processes (recruitment & employer branding);
- HR certifications are a plus;
- English level - fluent (minimum B2 level).

What will be your responsibilities?
- Implement an effective Recruitment Strategy and keep track of recruiting metrics;
- Conduct research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships and practices for recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding, candidate experience and present recommendations;
- Participate in strategic projects/initiatives, adjust global recommendations to regional specifics, and represent local needs in global initiatives;
- Provide analysis and reporting of key performance indicators to drive effectiveness and recommendations on actions going forward;
- Engage in projects related to Employer Branding.
