Tools/ software knowledge & competencies:
-Significant experience in similar enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in reviewing and designing IT architectures.
- Solid knowledge of current technologies and the ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies.
- Experience in repository management and efficient documentation.
- Experience in managing complex projects from conception to implementation.
Education and soft skills:
- Degree in IT or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF: The Open Group Architecture Framework) are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and facilitate decision-making processes.

Architectural Review and Proposal:
Conduct thorough reviews of the current IT architecture (AS IS) within the organization.
Propose and develop the future-state architecture (TO BE) aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Create a comprehensive roadmap for the seamless transition from the current to the desired architecture.
Architectural Standards Definition:
Collaborate with colleagues, including the CIO, to define and establish architectural standards.
Work closely with teams to ensure adherence to agreed-upon architectural standards throughout the project implementation process.
Implementation Oversight:
Ensure that all stakeholders involved in project implementation adhere to established architectural standards.
Monitor and evaluate progress continuously, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
Participation in Analysis Phase:
Actively participate in the analysis phase of projects, ensuring that all technical solutions are thoroughly documented.
Collaborate with project teams to guarantee the documentation of technical solutions is stored in dedicated repositories.
Documentation of Existing Architecture:
Document the entirety of the existing architecture, highlighting structures and interdependencies.
Ensure the secure storage of all documentation in dedicated repositories for efficient access and collaboration.
