What you'll need:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance across all levels, including industry and audit.
Profound knowledge of finance possesses a BSc./MSc./MBA in related fields.
A strategic and creative thinker who can effectively manage stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
Someone who can easily adapt and prioritize the most important and impactful initiatives in a constantly changing environment.
Experience in B2B relationship management is highly desired.
A strong hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and the ability to influence change through persuasion rather than force. You are an entrepreneur within the finance field.
A solution-oriented and intellectually curious mindset, always seeking fast results, scoping projects, and embracing continuous learning.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, even if it is a small team.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

What you'll do:

Develop and implement the wholesale finance strategy, covering initiatives, team setup, and goals.
Produce accurate, comprehensive financial reports ensuring precision, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise consolidation and reporting for 200+ wholesale accounts, enhancing growth and profitability.
Pioneer scalable finance practices for a 2 billion EUR scale, leveraging automation.
Support wholesale segment growth (entity expansion, store creation).
Guide daily operations of wholesale finance sub-team.
Enhance team structure, roles, and recruitment for high-performing finance unit.
Nurture team members' growth and talent pipeline.
Lead, model, and support our Bucharest office.
