Your qualification:

University degree in the area of Computer Systems, Electronics, Automation, Information Technologies and/ or relevant equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in managing projects
Experience with cost management systems
Project management (PMP) Certification
Agile Certified Profession (ACP), Scrum Master and Lean certifications
AUTOSPICE experience and AUTOSAR knowledge and work experience
DaVinci or similar Autosar configuration tools knowledge
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English​

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and developing project plans by prioritizing project objectives and deliverable timelines, managing resource allocations, and setting clear targets for delivery
Ensures that the projects are tracked and progressed as per the plan by eliminating risks, escalating issues, and ensuring quality standards are met and followed
Prioritizes and manages work with scrum teams for ongoing projects
Ensures that project plans are set clearly for delivery, plans are made visible and up to date at any point in time
Ensures process documents / artefacts are maintained and continuously improved (by analysing systemic issues) to enable efficient execution.
Prepares burn down charts and applicable metrics dashboards, reviews them with the scrum team for progress
Proactively develops plans to anticipate risks and address them by leading issue resolution from the front
Design and implement Software / Hardware Debug I/O Assertions in the given module
Deep involvement in board bring-up software activities
Solve critical and most complex technical problems
Assure high quality through code verification activities – integration testing, unit testing, etc.
Software debugging and quality assurance
Prepare appropriate technical documentation
Perform software integration/configuration tasks for OS / MCAL / AUTOSAR BSW / RTE
