• A recently completed education at Bachelor or Master level in the field you’re applying to, such as Chemical, Food, Mechanical Engineering;
• Excellent social skills and an eagerness to find solutions to complicated situations;
• You’re adaptable to change and passionate about continuous improvement
• A strong motivation to learn, grow and develop as a team and individually;
• Excellent English language skills. Other languages are a benefit;
• The eagerness to consider work outside your home country based on company opportunities;
• Up to 2 years previous work experience and international exposure (through travels, study-abroad, etc.) is seen as an advantage.

The Trainee will gain an understanding and general skills in the following important areas:
- Oil seed processing technology, in our Crushing facility in Lehliu, joining our daily activities in the plant on the 2 production lines for sun flower seeds, rapeseeds and soy beans
- General Health and Safety information and more detailed process safety related to Crushing
- General maintenance and reliability knowledge and concepts to be able to cooperate with the Maintenance Department
- The main concepts related to product safety and continuous improvement
- Working with the local team to understand and learn the plant equipment and general management and maintenance of this equipment.
