Channel Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, services marketing & customer experience roles
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, services marketing & customer experience roles
• Experience in a project management, process excellence or quality is a plus
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Critical thinking
• Project Management expertise

• Support implementation of marketing projects
• Create and maintain dashboards to support the marketing and sales team strategy
• Conduct analysis of historical and current data
• Evaluate trends and results and provide recommendations to management
• Support implementation of marketing projects at regional/global level, as required
• Conduct daily operations of consistent and repeatable processes for the organization
• Manage maintenance of shared knowledge and repository of best practices
• Ad hoc process improvements through, but not limited to stakeholder interviewing
