Commercial Reporting Coordinator (7000 - 8500 RON NET)

Fluent English language proficiency.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the reporting field.
Deep understanding of the commercial area.
Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
People management experience.
In-depth knowledge of the FMCG area is a plus.

Performance Reporting:

Produce accurate and insightful commercial performance reports for the OpCo, consolidating data from various sources.
Streamline reporting processes by automating reports and granting access to relevant stakeholders, minimizing ad hoc report requests.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, commerce, finance, SC) and external stakeholders (customers, market data providers) to merge data sources effectively.

Data Management:

Structure and integrate commercial data to facilitate data integration and generate valuable insights.
Maintain commercial data policy and governance, ensuring alignment with IT-led data streams.
Commercial Analysis:

Conduct complex analysis on key commercial metrics to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.

People Management:

Optimize team performance and resource allocation to maximize output.
