    Qualifications
     

    Personality:

    • You are well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines;
    • Your mindset is based on improvement and growth;
    • You bring positive attitude;
    • You have passion in your blood.

    Education: 

    ?       Bachelor/Master's degree in Social Sciences (such as Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology) or Economics (such Business Administration, Management)
     

    Experience and Skills:

    • You have years of proven experience in various HR areas such as engagement, talent management, performance management, recruitment and labor relations
    • Previous experience in dynamic environment, manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage
    • You understand backgrounds, targets and strategy and can advise proactively
    • Excellent judgment and conflict management skills
    • Customer Orientation
    • Business knowledge
    • Strong personality and influencing skills
    • You work under own initiative at high levels of quality
    • Proficient in using packages such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word

    Languages

    • English - level C1 ;
    • German - level B1 is helpful.

    Job Description
     

    Your valuable contribution to something big :

    • You advise and support the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters
    • You ensure the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in your area of responsibility
    • You will offer consultation for executives on matters regarding leadership, organization and labor law
    • You will participate in the regular planning meetings in your own area of responsibility
    • You will implement HR planning requirements in your area of responsibility (staffing planning, succession planning)
    • You carry out the potential reviews in your area of responsibility on the basis of comprehensive knowledge of the individual
    • You are responsible for identifying and promoting talent in your area of responsibility
    • You will be responsible of remuneration development in your area of responsibility (keeping to budgets and remuneration principles, control / approval of individual pay raises)
    • You will implement measures for organizational development in your area of responsibility: you will offer consultation and support for organizational changes
    • You are processing disciplinary cases in coordination with labor representatives where necessary
    • You will be responsible for or part of different departamental or cross-functional projects
