    The Business Analyst is the entry point for business for requirements related to his/her scope (customer touchpoints, end-to-end processes) and his/her main role is that based on business requirements to design cost effective solutions and implement those within project or maintenance.

    What you do:
    Translate Business needs into Business requirements
    Ensure alignment with Group and Regional O&C teams (on requirements prioritization)
    Ensure consistency of the whole E-2-E roll-out process, quality and smooth interfaces
    Ensure functional alignment (and validation) with all business stakeholders (other BCP teams, Group functions, regional /local functions)
    Provide support in the solution design (project/ maintenance) to Group and Regions
    Work with Architecture team in the high level solution design when relevant
    Provide a high level estimation of solutions and propose alternative solution when relevant
    Contribute and validate the test plan
    Follow-up requirement execution/ implementation of Group business needs
    Take decision / action on defects submitted for arbitration
    Write user guide for the lead applications (applications under the teams' scope)
    Provide core training, documentation, user manual for the lead system
    Define and validate non-functional requirement of lead applications (SLA, availability, resiliency)

    What you bring:
    Business knowledge in one of the different area: Policy Management/ Invoicing/ Customer accounting/ Claims & Collections would be preferred
    Thinker and analyzer with the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
    Strong process minded thinking, problem solving/ solution orientated
    Responsible, independent, detailed oriented worker
    Great verbal and written communication skills (English speaking mandatory; another European language is a plus - French, German, etc.)
    Lean / Six Sigma or similar certificate is a plus
