    Security Manager (Temporary, 2 years)



    You will be part of the security team which is responsible for ensuring the security of the company’s employees, assets, and sites.

     
    What you’ll do: 


      -    Contractors’ management (from contracting to payments, including service delivery and compliance with contract provisions)
    -    Contracts management
    -    support in implementing the company’s security policies and adapting them to local legislation requirements
    -    Access cards creation; ensure that proper access rights are granted to employees and contractors
    -    Involved in the implementation of fire-fighting and civil protection procedures, including related internal and external audits
    -    Organize regular fire-fighting trainings and tests
    -    Responsible for the acquisition of security materials
    -    Ensure the communication with administration and territory managers on security maintenance and firefighting topics for the sales offices
    -    Ensure adequate communication with law enforcement authorities on security plans, risk assessments, technical systems projects, for JTI locations.

     
    Main requirements: 
     

    Education: 

    -    University degree 

    Work experience: 

    -    Experience in security at least 1 year

    Language: 

    -    English - good (written & spoken) 
     
     

    Other skills and knowledge: 


    -    Strong problem solving, planning & forward-thinking abilities 
    -    Good interpersonal skills including communication skills
    -    Good MS Office knowledge and familiarity with PR / PO creation, invoice checking / reception in FIORI / SAP4HANA,           contracts management
