Qualifications
• Bachelors or master’s degree ideally in Computer Science, Informatics
• 8+ years of work experience in Business Intelligence
• Deep knowledge of SAP BW and SAP HANA
• ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with working in virtual international teams
• Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
• German language is a plus
• Analytical and structured working approach
• Experience in coordinating teams/ projects
• Experience in Technical Recruiting
• Very good interaction skills
• High motivation, strong team player who’s also an independent thinker

• Experience in various complex projects in Process - and IT consulting, ideally with focus on the Manufacturing and Automotive industry
• Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the field of Big Data and Business Intelligence
• Implement Business Intelligence solutions within SAP HANA and SAP BW • Deploy process-, quality-, and cost-optimized concepts
• Act as a Delivery Manager for MHP Romania projects • Identify and lead business development opportunities
• Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor and share your knowledge within SAP BI, Data Warehouse and Reporting
• Act as a mentor in terms of technical aspects for team members • Involvement in the recruiting process regarding the new members of the team and ensure a smooth integration within the team
• Create, prioritize, assign projects and regularly follow-up on the tasks of the team members
• People Counselor: providing guidance to support colleagues navigate professional life’s challenges and opportunities
• Coordinates administrative topics in respect of assigned colleagues, related to MHP relevant internal processes
• Supports assigned colleagues work towards their career goals, as part of the Career Development responsibilities
• Staffing Manager: active involvement in the Recruiting side for the staffing of incoming requests of consultants
• Identifying staffing requirements based on project needs and current employee skill sets
• Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and skills
• Recommending hiring decision
• Responsible for growing and developing the SAP BI/BW department
