    Compania desfășoară operațiuni în retail, unde are o rețea de aproximativ 1.000 de agenții stradale, precum și în online, prin intermediul website-ului și al aplicațiilor de pariuri sportive și gaming.

    Requirements

    Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service Sports knowledge;
    Ability to be creative and desire for development;
    Good skills in organizing and setting priorities;
    Native Romanian speaker with English at a basic level;
    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
    Experience in gambling;
    Ability to interact with many different types of people, externally with customers and internally with company teams and departments;
    Friendly, empathetic; motivated, and with good energy;
    Availability for shift work, including public holidays
    The adaptability of teamwork.

    Responsibilities

    Offer support for our VIP customers, to find the best solution in order to solve the customers' issues;
    This position tries to build an exceptional relationship with VIP`s company customers, to provide the best services through the communication channels provided by the company;
    Follow the activity of the VIP players and work with VIP Manager to improve, rise and extend the activity of the VIP players - give bonuses, propose personalized campaigns, and propose gifts;
    Collect customers' feedback about Superbet services (campaigns and promotions, technical issues, desired functionalities)
