    Pentru clientul nostru, una dintre cele mai mari companii producatoare din FMCG cautam pentru zona Braila-Galati persoane cu experienta in vanzari pentru a se alatura echipei.

    • Minim 2 ani experienta in vanzari, companie FMCG, minim un an intr-o functie similara
    • Studii superioare finalizate
    • Cunostinte bune operare PC: Excel (nivel avansat), Word, Powerpoint, Internet, Outlook, baze de date
    • Capacitate de monitorizare a pietei
    • Capacitate de organizare, planificare si coordonare a echipei
    • Leadership
    • Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, relationare si negociere
    • Orientare catre obtinerea de rezultate si eficienta
    • Rezistenta la stres si program de lucru prelungit
    • Disponibilitate la calatorii

    Responsabilitati

    • Supervizeaza direct activitatea Agentilor de vanzari
    • Comunica obiective saptamanale, lunare pentru echipa de vanzari din aria sa
    • Dezvoltarea vanzarilor pe zona alocata
    • Asigurarea performantei si dezvoltarii echipei din subordine
    • Realizeaza planificarea lunara a rutelor Agentilor de Vanzari, se asigura ca fiecare Agent si-a insusit targetul individual si verifica modul de indeplinire a obiectivelor stabilite la nivelul echipei
    • Monitorizeaza depunerile zilnice ale incasarilor si a borderoului cu instrumentele de plata in modalitatile specifice de catre Agenti
    • Ofera feedback Agentilor de Vanzari cu privire la performantele profesionale si ia masurile necesare pentru a imbunatati performanta acestora
    • Participa la recrutarea echipei de vanzari aflata in subordine impreuna cu Area Sales Managerul in acord cu politica de resurse umane a companiei
    • Intocmeste si transmite, la termenele stabilite, rapoartele si situatiile solicitate de Area Sales Manager
    • Contribuie la implementarea actiunilor de trade marketing desfasurate in zona sa de activitate
