Dr. Mayr et Partners is an Austrian human resource consulting company, established 1991.

We are working for companies all over Austria in the technical field (IT & software, electronics, mechanics, automotive, construction, logistics, …). We provide advice to candidates who are intending to work in a German speaking country - e.g. Austria:

We offer a personal interview to check your skills both in the technical field as in language.
According to your qualification profile we offer you jobs from our clients and organize everything for a first job interview with the human resource department.
If you are interested in the provided job and the human resource department would like to collaborate with you, we create together a clear schedule for your start in a technical job (relocation, improving language skills, first accommodation, …).

If you have finished a technical education we offer you a personal guiding to a new technical job in Austria. Depending on your qualification and on the job profile, you can calculate that after a successful job interview Austrian companies will offer you a salary starting at least (!) with EUR 50.000 going up to EUR 100.000 gross p.a.

According to Austrian law you will have 5 weeks holiday entitlement and social insurance (health insurance coverage, accident insurance and retirement pension insurance for you and your family) are always included. Many companies also provide free accommodation. At the beginning a language level starting with B1 or better B2 necessary.
