• University degree in the field of economics or equivalent education
• Profound understanding of logistical processes
• Ability to work in an international team
• Confident and cooperative manner when working with tangent departments and external service providers
• Very good communication skills - Work Outcome-oriented
• Good knowledge in the ERP system SAP, MS Office
• Willingness to travel (within working hours)
• Business fluent in English (C1)

• Responsible for implementation of E-Transport regulation for all flows related to Warehouse Bucharest
• Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
• Planning and Optimization of the Transportation Network for local fine Distribution
• Participation in tenders, award of contract and planning of Logistics Service Provider changes
• Implementation of process training at the external service provider
• Ensures the daily Transportation Process, advices the Logistics Service Provider in case of unforeseen change
• Responsibility for key performance indicator fulfillment (Bosch Distribution standard key performance indicator)
• Development of measures in case of deviations from KPIs, ensuring implementation, checking sustainability
