Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Project Manager for Powertrain Controls products in our R&D office in Timisoara.

We cannot promise you a perfect job but we can assure you that it will be dynamic and interesting.

Your main activities will be:

• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects;
• Customer quotes / acquisition and customer projects development;
• Manage and coordinate inter-disciplinary teams;
• Requirements Management of all electronics customer requirements;
• Change Management Activities;
• Follow the Automotive Development Process;
• Support a smooth product launch in production;
• Technical presentations and excellent communication to the customer;
• Cost tracking and implementation of cost optimized solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the automotive field;
• 2+ years of project / process exposure in the relevant field;
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a relevant field of activity (e.g. line manager);
• 3+ years of International exposure (working in international team/projects);
• Project Management Skills;
• Excellent analythical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills;
• Technical expertise;
• Business Administration Know-How;
• Communication and Interaction Skills;
• Knowledge about business environment.
