Audit - financial and internal audit, international reporting, due diligence and other related processes.
Taxes - advices related to direct tax (profit tax, withholding tax, local tax), consultancy associated to indirect tax (VAT, excises, custom duties), international fiscal planning, fiscal reviewing integrated with due diligence missions, fiscal assistance for audit missions, representation and support during fiscal inspections, as well as fiscal management.
