Minimum of 3 years of experience in the gaming & gambling industry, with a focus on content creation and live streaming.
Proven track record of successful live streaming and audience engagement.
Demonstrated experience in storytelling to create compelling and engaging content.

Platform Expertise: Proficient in using streaming platforms such as, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, TikTok Live and others.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in setting up and operating streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and software like OBS, Streamlabs, or XSplit.
Content Strategy: Ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing goals and audience interests.
Creative Thinking: Innovative and creative approach to content creation and problem-solving.
Audience Interaction: Strong skills in engaging with viewers, handling live interactions, and building an online community.
Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing streaming metrics and using insights to optimize content and performance.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and streams simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Storytelling: Strong storytelling abilities to create captivating and engaging narratives during streams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Video Editing: Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Live Stream Content Creation:
Plan, produce, and host live streaming sessions related to our gaming & gambling products and services.
Develop engaging content strategies that attract and retain viewers.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align live streams with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.

Audience Engagement:
Interact with viewers during live streams, responding to comments and fostering a sense of community.
Utilize interactive features such as polls, Q&A sessions, and giveaways to enhance viewer engagement.

Technical Setup and Management:
Set up and manage streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and software.
Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to ensure smooth streaming experiences.

Analytics and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze stream performance metrics, such as viewer count, engagement rates, and feedback.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve streaming content and strategies.
Report on the success of streaming initiatives to management.
