SkillBridge is a foundation created and supported by the Catalyst Solutions team, with a mission to connect talent with meaningful opportunities for career growth, learning, and inclusion. Our projects range from career guides and a dedicated career academy, to Gen Z-focused initiatives, technology and diversity-driven events, scholarships for major tech conferences, and hackathons. We are building real bridges between generations, industries, and the professionals of tomorrow.
 

The Foundation focuses on groups structurally impacted by labour market transformation.

1. Gen Z (Students & Early Career Talent)

  • Entering a market with reduced junior openings
  • Disproportionately affected by AI-driven screening and experience bias
  • Need exposure, orientation and employer access

2. NEET Youth (Not in Employment, Education or Training)

  • Among the most vulnerable segments in Romania and the EU
  • At risk of long-term labor market exclusion
  • Require structured guidance, re-engagement pathways and practical access to opportunities

3. Women in Technology

  • Underrepresented in technical and leadership roles
  • Supported through Empower Tech – Empower Women and the Women in Tech Hub

4. Career Transition Professionals

  • Engineers, IT specialists and mid-career professionals affected by layoffs
  • Individuals reorienting due to structural industry shifts
