Network Administrator (French language)

 Experience in Network Administration (Juniper, CheckPoint, Cisco).
 Experience in SAN networks administration.
 Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting concepts such as; Spanning Tree Protocol, HSRP, VLAN, Trunking etc.
 Knowledge and understanding of MPLS, BGP, deploying and supporting OSPF and supporting static routing.
 Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting Cisco ASA and IPS technology, Cisco Secure ACS.
 Fluency in spoken and written French (basic level) and English.

 Maintenance of datacenter infrastructure.
 Monitor server performance and availability.
 Troubleshoot issues for the specific competency.
 Promote and maintain server patch management practices.
 Provide metrics for capacity management purposes.
 Troubleshoot performance issues, troubleshoot DB configuration and apply fixes.
 Event Management (analyze alerts and logs).
 Incident handling.
 Problem resolution.
 Root Cause Analysis.
 Initiate, assess, test, verify, document and quality assure system updates.
 Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed.
 Provide technical assistance and expertise to customer’s administrators and SMEs in French language.
