    This position is designed for experienced Continuous Improvement professionals who want to drive operational excellence and Lean transformation across manufacturing and support functions. The role combines hands-on project leadership, data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management and coaching, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable business results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage Continuous Improvement and Lean projects across manufacturing and support functions

    • Drive Lean transformation initiatives, process optimization and standardization efforts

    • Facilitate Kaizen workshops, structured problem-solving sessions and improvement activities

    • Coach leaders, engineers and operational teams in Continuous Improvement methodologies and Lean principles

    • Analyse performance indicators and process data to identify improvement opportunities and root causes

    • Develop and implement sustainable improvement roadmaps aligned with business and operational priorities

    • Lead value stream optimization and end-to-end process improvement initiatives

    • Establish and monitor project KPIs, benefits and sustainability of implemented improvements

    • Support the identification and implementation of best practices across functions and sites

    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving and operational ownership across the organization

    • Support the development of CI capabilities through training, coaching and knowledge sharing

    Profile

    • Several years of professional experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence or a related field

    • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field

    • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies

    • Proven track record of leading and delivering improvement projects with measurable business results

    • Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

    • Ability to influence and coach others without direct authority

    • Structured, proactive and results-oriented way of working

    • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    • English language proficiency

    Nice to have

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

    • Experience in automotive or other manufacturing environments

    • Experience with OEE, productivity, cycle time, capacity or value stream analysis

    • Experience with digitalisation, data analytics or process performance tools

    • Experience leading cross-functional projects

    • Experience in developing and delivering Lean / Continuous Improvement training
