Project Manager PEP (Product Evolution Process) - Marquardt

Responsibilities:

oResponsible for the end-to-end planning and control of development activities from project initiation through project completion;

oEnsure achievement of project cost, schedule, and quality goals;

oLead and manage the project team to ensure effective collaboration and delivery;

oMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

oCompleted academic studies in one of the following fields: industrial, electronic, electrical, mechanical, engineering;

oExperience in project coordination or project management;

oMinimum 3-5 years of work experience in international projects - preferable within the automotive industry;

oStrong ability to see the big picture with a forward-looking, strategic mindset;

oProven mastery of project management tools and their practical application;

oStrong experience and proficiency with specific tools such as SharePoint, CIMDB, PLM, SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams;

oAbility to delegate and organize work, reliability, and act as a role model for the project team;

oHigh level of resilience and adaptability to fast-paced environment;

oExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;

oStrong interpersonal, assertiveness, presentation, and facilitation skills;

oFluent in English, German is an advantage.
