We have an amazing opportunity as part of our Delivery Unit focused on solutions for private individual customers, both interacting in branches and digitally via Smart Mobile. Our core mission is to enable our business strategy of building a digital bank with a human touch.

The Branches area focuses on developing simple end-to-end solutions that connect branch colleagues with customers using tablets/iPads as the main interaction device. All solutions are mobile-ready, user-friendly, and remotely accessible.

We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and enthusiastic Software Developer (IT Full-Stack Developer) who will work on highly interactive, customer-facing digital services.

You will collaborate closely within a cross-functional Agile team including Solution Architects, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, and Business Analysts, while maintaining strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Analyze, understand, and develop complex banking applications

• Contribute to both backend and frontend development

• Build and integrate RESTful web services

• Work collaboratively within Agile teams and participate in end-to-end delivery

• Ensure adherence to Java best practices

• Contribute to technical design documentation

• Support CI/CD processes and development lifecycle activities

• Continuously learn and stay up to date with latest technologies

• Technologies & tools used:

  • Backend: Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Apache Kafka

  • Frontend: Typescript, React, Node.js, Next.js/Hapi.js, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Databases: Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

  • Tools: Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory

  • Testing: JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube

  • Agile tools: Jira, Confluence

  • IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA

  • Operating systems: Windows, Linux

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Software Developer (IT Full-Stack Developer) with strong technical capabilities and a proactive mindset.

• 4+ years of software development experience with Java platform

• Strong experience in backend development (Java or Typescript)

• Solid experience with RESTful APIs (REST API design is a plus)

• Experience with RESTful web services, SQL, and Oracle DB

• Experience building web UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular

• Knowledge of software design patterns and clean code principles

• Understanding of containerized applications

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, etc.)

• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Java 25

• Good communication skills (mandatory)

• Quick learner and self-motivated

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
