Role Overview


Our Manufacturing Trainee Program is designed to give you hands-on experience in brewery operations and help you build the technical and leadership skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic FMCG environment. This program is an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to different facets of manufacturing.


To succeed in this program, you should have:


• A bachelor’s degree (recently graduated, final year, or currently enrolled in a master’s program).
• Participation in extracurricular activities such as Erasmus, student competitions, internships, volunteering, or student associations.
• Fluency in English and good Excel skills.
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• A strong sense of personal drive and ability to take initiative.
• Team player mindset, but also the ability to step up and take the lead when needed.

Responsibilities

What You Will Experience

• Structured Rotation: A 1-year development program where you will be exposed to various projects and brewery functions.
• Ownership of Projects: You will take the lead on end-to-end projects, with guidance and mentorship from senior leadership.
• Exposure & Learning: You will be part of a community of trainees and have access to brewery visits, structured onboarding, a mentor, and a buddy system.
• Training & Development: A tailored learning journey including technical training sessions, leadership development, and hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• A Collaborative & Engaging Work Environment: We encourage creativity, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
