Cerinte

• At least 1 year of working experience in the internal audit of Banks/
Insurance companies or in the external audit/advisory activities for Banking/Insurance
Industry
• Fluent in English and University degree in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Business
studies or Economics
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication
• Team player, able to systematically & logically analyze information
• Very organized, able to prioritize your activities to meet deadlines, ensuring timely and
accurate delivery of information / data / reports
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and
senior management of the Bank on a level playing field
• Professional certificate (CIA or similar) is considered an advantage

Responsabilitati

• Conduct process and compliance audits as a team member or team leader
• Analyze processes and identify risks and controls
• Assess and provide recommendations on the design and implementation of internal
controls
• Reconcile audit results with internal clients (Department Managers)
• Present audit reports to Bank’s Management
• Perform follow-up on implementation of the established corrective measures
