PMI is already be more than a cigarette company. We want to change society and deliver a better, smoke-free future. To make our vision a reality we are transforming our entire future on a line of smoke-free products. We believe that this transformation will #MakeHistory in our industry and the new approach reflects our company’s new mission. Thus, our people will become #HistoryMakers. We are already more than a year under this horrible pandemic situation, which has negatively affected everyone’s phycological and emotional wellbeing, and created major implications and consequences in the social life and the global economy. We all recognize that one of the most heavily impacted groups, is the young generation, especially students and young graduates. They have seen their dreams suspended and their career opportunities significantly shrunk. In Philip Morris we believe that it is leader’s role to bring back hope and trust to the future and accelerate the ‘new normal’ in the societies we are acting. This is exactly our purpose with the 2022 Philip Morris Summer Internship Academy. We want to support the professional and personal growth of the young generation, especially during this adverse period, by creating new opportunities and equipping them with valuable experiences and learnings.
