WHAT IS FIRST GEN?
  Our 1-year Traineeship program is designed for recent graduates who want to take their careers a step further. Through this program, you get an opportunity to work on ‘live’ assignments, gain hands-on industry experience and work with experts at all levels of seniority. In addition, we’ll provide you with a stretching experience, ensuring you have all the support needed to make the most of this experience.

You will collaborate with a designated buddy who will guide you into the world of PepsiCo. These are few of the things you will learn:

• The ins and outs of a highly automated Beverages production line;
• Lead improvement projects with a visible impact on the business;
• Connect the tech world with the consumers, understanding manufacturing with purpose;
• After successfully completing the training program you will be promoted to an Engineer role within Pepsico.

Contract, location, and working hours:

• The traineeship takes place over a paid period of 12 months;
• The program is full time and the location is Dragomiresti Deal (we provide transportation from Bucharest to the plant).
