    SPEAKER:  Cristina Dima, currently Marketing Director Beauty & Personal Care for Unilever South  Central Europe,  coordinates the marketing strategies for brands such as Dove, Rexona, Dove  Men+Care. With over 20 years’ experience in FMCG, Cristina held local and regional roles in Marketing  and Customer Development, leading her brands’ purposes closer to the citizens. Her mission: building  strong people that build strong brands. 

    Alina Robescu, HR Lead for Unilever South Central Europe, leads the human resources strategy for the five countries in the South Central Europe region (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova Republic and  Montenegro). With over 17 years of experience in HR, Alina’s mission is to promote an open, people-  oriented culture, focusing on communication and building strong professionals and teams.
