• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in multinational environment.
• IT Project management and/or IT Business Consultant
• Sales Experience is a plus
• SAP technologies, products and services
• Working in an international environment
• Willingness for business trips (est. 10%)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Become part of the Allianz SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE), the interface between the worldwide Allianz SAP community and SAP account, sales and support team
• Further development of customer relationship with Allianz organizations (OEs) and Allianz Technology Service Owners
• Technical responsibility for System Data in SAP Support Portal
• Process owner for user administration in SAP Support Portal
• Support incident-/escalation management in SAP environment
• Identify/coordinate CCoE-relevant demands from varying stakeholders
• Support in developing new central SAP services (e.g. SAP Cloud solutions)
• Further development of the Allianz Global SAP Community
• Train the SAP community and conduct information sessions on the topics above
