Blaj Plant

The Bosch Group opened its first plant in Romania at Blaj and it is now covering two business sectors: Industrial Technology and Mobility Solutions. Bosch Blaj Plant one of the three Bosch plants in Europe where NoX sensors are produced, an essential component in the field of Bosch diesel technology innovation. Bosch Future Mobility Challenge

Bosch Future Mobility Challenge is a unique international technical competition initiated by Bosch Engineering Center Cluj in close collaboration with all Bosch locations from Romania. The competition is dedicated to students who are invited to develop autonomous driving algorithms on 1/10 scale vehicles provided by the company. In 2022, 54 teams from Europe, North America and Asia registered to participate in the first global edition of this challenge. At Bosch Future Mobility Day, their talents will unfold, and we will see how these algorithms perform in a city-like environment.

Master Programs, Courses and Scholarships

At Bosch Engineering Center Cluj, we believe that we can generate a long-term positive impact on society through education. Through our close collaboration with local technical universities since 2013, we aim to improve the quality of education on the one hand, and to prepare the young engineers for a successful career in the automotive industry. Having this in mind, during the last few years, we launched 2 master programs and 3 courses, every year, we offer many scholarships and prepare special programs for students with Technical background. The Junior Managers Program (JMP) prepares young people with outstanding potential for leadership roles in our organization. This program is structured as a collection of individual projects, with extensive exposure to a variety of opportunities to grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.

In which area can I apply?

As well as your training, your activity will be based on stations in different departments of the commercial area or the technical area. One of these stations taking place abroad. A special feature of JMP is that every trainee can experience a station outside their working area. This allows our trainees to better understand the location and industry they are working in.
