    Qualifications

    Studies:

    • Bachelor's degree or university degree in digital, commercial or business-related field
    • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Language: Fluent Hungarian, advanced English and Romanian;
    • Working experience in eCommerce marketing and/or sales;
    • Understanding and familiarity with common eCommerce metrics and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Excel, and Power BI;
    • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment;
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

    Job Description

    Main objective of the job:

    • The Associate Commercial Manager is a pivotal role in supporting the e-commerce management team to drive the success of Bosch Power Tools' B2C online business in Hungary.
    • This position is fitting someone with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to develop skills in commercial and digital marketing operations.
    • Main attributions and responsibilities:
    • Cooperates closely with local team to implement new B2C touchpoints for Bosch Power Tools in Hungary
    • Supports the implementation of the B2C marketing & sales plan
    • Daily monitors and supports the optimization of sales, marketing and operations of B2C touchpoints
    • Coordinates regularly with the regional commercial manager on the operative maintenance of B2C touchpoints (e.g. marketing content, demand planning, invoices reconciliation)
    • Assists the implementation of commercial guidelines and 4P implications on the B2C touchpoints
