Mihaela Bosca, Miss World Romania 2017, has transformed her career with a team that inspires her. Where? In January 2020, Mihaela started as a Game Presenter for Pragmatic Play and quickly rose to Studio Manager in October 2022 – a "magical adventure" that changed her life.
Now in 2023 and part of ARRISE, the services group which provides end-to-end digital solutions for Pragmatic Play, Mihaela works with a global team of professionals delivering excellence.
Even before joining, Mihaela had already achieved significant success, winning titles such as Miss Transylvania, Miss World Romania 2017, and Pride of Romania 2019, yet it is her role as a Studio Manager that holds the most meaning for her. A role which allows her to help others grow and thrive. Mihaela believes that if she can support and add value to her colleagues, she will have achieved her goal.
Mihaela fondly recalls her first day, where the warm welcome and genuine friendliness of her colleagues dispelled her initial scepticism. It was a transformative experience that left a lasting impression.
