At Bosch Service Solutions Timisoara, we put accent on the well-being of our associates and the local community. Thus, we constantly tailor different events for our stakeholders.
The Corporate Social Responsibility component incorporates collaborations with a number of local NGOs, which strive to make our city better. Together with them, we organize both internal and external events, which bring a benefit to the community. For the past years, we have partnered with Little People, Copii si Zane, Asociatia COPII and others and we have created CSR events. Every year, we support the campaign Zilele Bandanei and we have internal spring and Christmas fairs during which we raise donations for children who suffer from cancer or autism.
In order to mark an important milestone, the month of June 2017 was all about celebrating 10 years of existence on the local market. Thus, we organized an anniversary event at Banat Village Museum entitled Bosch 10 Years’ Experience. The concept of the event was thought to celebrate a decade of Bosch Service Solutions’ activity and on the market on Timisoara by organizing this outdoor event for the associates and their families. The main object of this event was to offer a remarkable day spent at the Muzeul Satului Banatean venue, where all of Bosch Service Solutions’ associates could relax and recharge or attend creative workshops and compete with each other in various sport-based challenges.
In November 2017, in order to help the nature after the storm that hit Timisoara, we organized Bosch Green Weekend. Three hundred and fifty people managed to plant approximately 3,000 saplings in order to bring back the North Forest Curtain of the city, which was severely damaged during the storm.
For the contribution all of us brought to the local community, Bosch Green Weekend earned the title of one of the best CSR projects in Romania and was awarded the 3rd place at the ABSL Gala (Association of Business Service Leaders).
Besides working, we also like having fun. At the end of June, we were children for one day and we played our favorite childhood games at Jocuri fara varsta. Approximately 1,000 persons recharged their batteries with games such as Hopscotch, Jump rope, Dodgeball and more.
Regarding our internal events, the annual thematic Christmas party is a much-awaited one, with live bands and many surprises. Also, we have a bi-annual Town Hall Meeting where our General Manager presents diverse topics regarding the company to all of our colleagues.

Bosch, a leading global supplier of technology and services, celebrates 15 years of presence on the Romanian market of shared services with its Bosch Service Solutions location from Timișoara.
As part of the Bosch Group, the location in Timișoara, offers since 2017, complete service solutions to the Bosch Group and external customers. The company has grown steadily and rapidly over the last 15 years, from 35 employees in 2007 to over 1,800 in 2022. For the 15th anniversary, the company organized an event for its associates and different stakeholders as an opportunity to socialize, bond and reconnect with each other. The event was marked by the presence of Bosch management, the media, partners, and local institutions. Bosch associates and important business partners enjoyed a festive atmosphere, fueled by live music, interactive workshops, and other activities. In 2022, in order to support the constant growth of its operations, the location in Timişoara aims to increase with around 550 the number of associates, in the fields of software development, IT Help Desk, customer service, controlling, accounting, project management, logistics, and procurement.
