Northbrook Technology of Northern Ireland, Ltd. (NTNI) was founded in January 1999 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Allstate Corporation, the largest publicly owned Property and Casualty Insurance Company in the US.  NTNI specialises in delivering high-quality, low cost technology and business solutions to its parent company, The Allstate Corporation.

NTNI plays a strategic role in developing, transforming and maintaining the various technology platforms used within Allstate.  NTNI started recruiting in January 1999 and established its first office in Belfast.  For strategic reasons, including a large labour pool and growing demand for services, NTNI opened a second IT facility in Derry, followed by a contact centre in Strabane.  Currently the company employs more than 1500 people in these facilities.

NTNI is focused on delivering the highest quality customer service to Allstate and has a proven track record of delivering on-time, high quality information technology and business process outsourcing solutions at a globally competitive price.  The continued growth of the business has meant that we have requirements for a number of software developers in a range of technologies from IBM Mainframe to .Net, Oracle developer and DBA roles as well as network security roles at both our Belfast and Derry offices.

All positions are full time and permanent roles and Northbrook Technology will apply for UK work permits for all successful applicants and will arrange flights and accommodation in Northern Ireland once work permits have been issued.  

We already have in our team 2 Romanian programmers. We were impressed with the set of skills they displayed and therefore we are eager right now to meet more talented Romanian programmers in our offices in Belfast and L'Derry (Ireland).
