Google is recruiting for the Online Media Associate Program

The Online Media Associate Program (OMAP) is for recent and experienced graduates. This 2.5-year program provides an insight into online business, advertising, and new technologies. The program offers an introduction to managing business operations with some of the most innovative products on the market. It is designed to help Googlers develop the professional, leadership and job-specific skills needed for their initial and future roles.

The OMAP positions are based in Dublin, Ireland and  Wroclaw, Poland.

Associates start by learning the essence of our products. Yet serving clients is just one aspect of our business. Our developmental program provides opportunities to develop expertise in areas ranging from specialised product, industry, or regional knowledge to advertising, marketing, or business development, and from analytics to budgetary planning and/or people mentoring. In the first year of the program, we focus on an in-depth introduction to Google. Participants also focus on market and industry knowledge, core professional and personal skills. In the second year of the learning program, it expands to develop early leadership skills, while deepening sector expertise and providing opportunities for rotation in other business functions as well as participation in a cross-functional group project, thus deepening cross-functional knowledge.

There will be a major focus on career progression and internal mobility opportunities for OMAPers at the end of the program.
