    — Education - Bachelor’s Degree requested
    — Fluent English speaking (any other language is an advantage)
    — Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
    — Ability to multi - task
    — Good Knowledge of Office Tools. Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages (Salesforce, SAP, etc.), databases.
    — Basic aptitude for learning technical concepts essential
    — Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
    — Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
    — Good verbal and written communication skills are required
    — Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
    — Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, etc)
    — Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    — Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings


    — Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
    — Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    — Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
    — Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    — Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
    — Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
    — Improve continously in collaboration with global team relevant tools and processes.
    — Monitor and control data quality in run mode and work closely with FS Business Developer on improvement actions
    — Understand Global Rules (KPI’s...) and tools and support the FS Business Developer with specific Installed Base analytics and Dashboards
    — Improve data quality in SDH thru cleansing activities with the relevant stakeholders (data source owners, Bfo data Stewards..) and maintain accordingly (identify obsolete and duplicate assets, etc.)
    — Train stakeholders on tracking tools & Installed Base Management processes.

    The responsibility of a Data Analyst is to collect, maintain, manage, interpret and analysis of data received from internal and external data sources.
    He/She conducts a verification/accuracy process of such data for identifying the problem/s and develops solutions to resolve problem/s and used this information to see the impact on the business profits and business operations.

    Data analyst also presents data, ideas and information in front of Manager to identify the opportunities and risks hence; they can take ideas and related information to make decisions for further benefits and success of the company in different areas.

    Main area of focus will be the Field Services Division.
    He/she will closely work with the Country Organization for tracking plan, campaign decision and customer selection. He/she will liaise with the different stakeholders (BfO champion, account owner, engineering team…) for Installed Base Data quality and the Global Field Service organization for processes and tools compliance.

    The Data Analyst will lead on:
    — design, develop & implement tracking plan
    — data analytics for Field Service Marketing purpose
    — define an implement a continuous improvement process to minimize data cleansing actions and ensure that data is “right the first time”;
