Industrial Engineering Coordinator

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

* Will implement and standardize the site processes and the production lines to meet site's quality and efficiency goals;
* Create the general productions line plan and evaluate the ergonomics;
* Calculate the capacity in the production lines (number of pieces per shift, necessary shifts numbers per week, the necessary workforce and so on);
* Will calculate the standard time;

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

* Bachelor degree in technical field (Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electronic field);
* Minimum 5 years previous experience in an Industrial Engineer role;
* Minimum 3 years experience in coordinating a team;
* Solid production background, knowing production processes, informational and material flow;
* Very good communication skills in Romanian and English;
* A good understanding of the financial performance and their link with the improvement actions;

* Experience in evaluating the level of automated processes and improvement proposals;
