Skills and Attributes:

• English language knowledge (written and spoken);
• Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative;
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner;
• Computer proficiency in Excel and Word; working knowledge of financial accounting systems; general ledger reconciliation knowledge; experience in preparation of financial statements;
• Familiar with SAGA C. a plus;
• Familiar with SAP B1 (implementation to be done soon) a plus
• Familiar with real estate a plus;

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/year closings;
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers;
• Prepare journal entries;
• Complete general ledger operations;
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts;
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested;
• Post and process expense reports;
• Assist with year-end closings;
• Assist with other accounting projects.
