    Requirements

    • Accurate, analytical, paying attention to details, at ease with figures, deep loyalty and confidentiality
    • Good team worker, capable to work transversally, to build relationships across departments and functions
    • Strong time management and priorities management skills, able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills, intercultural adaptability and sensitivity
    • Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint, Ms Outlook
    • Languages: excellent German and English language skills
    • Other: experience in working with recruitment platforms, SAP, HR Tools proficiency

    Responsibilities

    • Supports the HR Services of BearingPoint Germany in the implementation and roll out of HR policies &processes related to Performance Management, Learning and Development and Recruiting Events Development
    • Proactively identifies possible improvements of concerned processes, proposes alternative solutions and supports its implementation (if validated)
    • Build strong and effective relationships across a wide range of business stakeholders to drive new performance review structures and evaluation schemes
    • Very good understanding of L&D principles and the role of the L&D function in an organization;
    • Partnering with operations management, so that evaluation, recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs
