    Job description
     
    If you are passionate about HR and Project Management, interested in Talent Management and result oriented, then we should meet.

    We will discuss about Renault’s projects, policies and integrated Talent Management strategies.

    You will find out how you can create value by:

    - Supporting HRBP’s in all Talent Management activities;

    - Managing the local Talent Pool and building succession plans;

    - Supporting the Talent Management strategy by coordinating the learning & development activities for the Talent Pool

    - Following the KPI’s specifics to Talent Management activities and analyzing existing data in order to understand trends and identifying opportunities to increase performance.

     
    Candidate profile

    Excellent communication and organization skills, analytic and synthetic thinking plus a proactive approach are wanted.

    English proficiency and good command of Excel and Power Point are a must. Medium level in French is a plus.
