    Provide support on HR administrative tasks and on recruitment, performance management, organizing internal events, trainings and conferences.

    Job responsibilities:

    Offer support to Recruitment:
    • CV screening & direct search on job boards, social media, internal database
    • Schedule interviews and update the recruitment database
    • Provide support on logistics for different employer branding programs (contests, initiatives)
    • Extract & process different reports from HR information systems
    • Update all HR information systems

    Offer support to Career & Development:
    • Keep an updated real time planning throughout the year with all types of appraisals (new hires, contract, project milestones, annual appraisals, performance issues)
    • Extract & process different reports from HR information systems
    • Organize presentations and information sharing events
    • Provide logistic support on different events (trainings and conferences)
    • Keep track of trainings & conferences via internal tools
