    Cerinte

    • Google Analytics certified (GAIQ) is a plus
    • 1-2 years’ experience of hands-on experience in Google Analytics implementation and troubleshooting
    • Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as A/B testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
    • Proficiency in web analytics including custom segments, filters, events, goals and e-commerce tracking
    • Social Media and Mobile analytics experience is a plus
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JS (previous development experience not required)
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate data visually
    • Strong analytical skills and a capacity for creative problem-solving
    • Consumer-oriented industry experience in e-commerce
    • Deep and demonstrated understanding of e-commerce and website behavior
    • Good English communication skills, both oral and written
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

    Responsabilitati

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on all things Web analytics.
    • Understand marketing and business goals to recommend KPIs, suggest analytics toolsets, and develop ongoing analytics programs that measure progress of the goals.
    • Generate and verify accuracy of analytics tracking codes and scripts.
    • Create Analytics dashboards and set up other analytics tools as required.
    • Monitor Web analytics and identify patterns, insights and conversion optimization opportunities based on data.
    • Perform in-depth analysis as requested around KPI’s, visitor performance, campaigns and cross-channel performance.
    • Implement third party Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Flurry etc. using in house tracking codes.
    • Work with cross-discipline teams to demonstrate and segment user behavior across various components of integrated campaigns.
    • Work with teams to recommend improvements to the user experience of Web properties.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other test plans, analyze results and suggest opportunities for improvement.
    • Regularly prepare and present comparative Web analytics reports to internal teams.
    • Setup of advanced goals, advanced filters for multi-subdomain / multisite enterprise level account.
    • Analyze landing-page, funnel and exit page metrics and optimize / correct any on-page factors to improve end-user experience.
    • Ensure analytics information to management is accurate and dependable.
    • Investigate discrepancies in analytics data and take action to rectify if necessary in conjunction with the IT team.
    • Work with the marketing team to support analytics goals and deliverables.
    • In conjunction with the Paid Advertising Specialist ensure the continuity and integration of Analytics / AdWords data with a high level of accuracy.
    • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, teaming up with the Paid Advertising Specialist.
    • Keep up-to-date with current industry practices and new technologies.
