DevOps Junior Engineer

Capabilities:

• Natural inclination and talent at translating Business Outcomes into Technical Language and vice versa.  For example, are they able to complete the following tasks:
  • Explain the business value of adopting a given technology solution, methodology or practice.
  • Explain key objectives and required actions in a language that both developers and the business will understand.
  • Explain why a given business or technology area needs certain improvements and what would be the benefit of addressing this improvement?
• A strong educational background in building technology solutions using a broad stack of technologies.  Can be in the form of either development, environments, business analysis, or tech management.
• Moderate-Strong technical ability, moderate-high communication and interpersonal skills.
