Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.

Starting with 1st of January 2019, we became part of the ZF Group, which is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology. Skills in Test Management and Test Process Automotive Spice
Knowledge in Functional Safety ISO26262
Knowledge in Software and systems engineering – Software testing ISO29119
Knowledge in Software and system requirements Engineering (DOORS)/ System architecture
Good understanding / high interest for automotive systems
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Creativity, initiative, understanding / communication / reaction to issues, good teamwork in virtual environments, ability to learn by doing, analytical skills and learning capacity
Availability to travel, ability to work independently, self-discipline, reliability, consistency

Analyze and improve processes
Analyze the processes on the different domains (System Test, System Integration, Software, Electronic Hardware, Mechanical)
Method development - compliant with the requirements of Automotive Spice
Method implementation to establish
Automotive Spice process implementation
Process, Methods Coaching Team
Reporting and tracking/ cockpit for implementation state and the current project situation
Synchronization of ASPICE, GDPIM, C40, Functional Safety requirements
