Frontend developer - Anti-Financial Crime Department

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Experience working in agile teams
• Experience in source code management, continuous build and integration technologies
• Exposure to translating UX specifications relating to font and graphical images
• Experience with one or both of the following technology stacks:
o Flex + BlazeDS + webservices (as backend)
o AngularJS + webservices (as backend); node.js as infrastructure for CI

Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in computer science or software engineering - (or equivalent diploma/work experience)
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Develop the frontend layer of our platforms / solutions
• The current generation of applications uses a Flex UI, connected to a Java backend through BlazeDS. Previous experience with this technology stack is highly appreciated
• Participate in all the team activities; our teams use the Scrum / Agile methodology
• Analyze, discuss and clarify the functional requirements for the frontend part of our applications
• Discuss with the Product Owner and with our customers, to make sure our users have the best user experience when using the applications
• Ensure architectural changes (as defined by architects) are implemented, for the frontend layer
• Fix software defects/bugs
• Measure and analyze code for quality; implement the continuous integration requirements for frontend
• Provide effort estimations for their part of development
• Provide the L3 support for the frontend part of our applications
