Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities
• Collect change business requests from business partners;
• Create business specifications based on change requests;
• Responsible of business requests End-to-End Implementation;
• Coordinate the user acceptance testing;
• Collaborate with business partners in all the End-to-End implementation phases;
• Use business process modeling tools (ARIS, BPM).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience;
• 1-2 years of Software Development or Quality Assurance experience testing commercial software;
• Experience in Banking industry; 
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL; 
• Experience with any defect tracking systems, version control systems and test management systems;
• Strong analytical skills (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions), organizational and communication skills;   
• Must be a self-starter and a quick study;
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• English proficiency is a must (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
Additional Desired Skills
• SQL developer experience is a plus;
• Experience on Java based application testing, with basic Java programming or Java scripting skillset.
