Requirements

- Fresh graduate or Master student � Informatics/Computer Science or other related field
- Proficient English skills is mandatory
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative way of thinking

As advantage, basic knowledge about:
- Windows 2003/2008R2/2012 administration
- Active Directory and related services
- Networking protocols
- Microsoft SQL Database
- Programing languages

Responsibilities

The paid traineeship program is addressed to young graduates with a computer science profile. It is structured in 3 cycles - of 3, 9 and 12 months - having the goal of introducing new talents in our organization and, finally, of raising a new generation of employees with the help of personal development plans.
The trainees have the opportunity to work on real business projects with Philip Morris Romania�s Information Services team, in the company�s factory, and learn about business support and optimization systems.
